Will Tiao did an amazing job helping me close on a property in Los Angeles. In a very tight market I was able to get an offer accepted within the first couple tries which is unheard of in the Los Angeles area. Will knows his area incredibly well and will let you know the exact price you need to offer to get accepted. He also helped me when there was a title issue with the house during escrow. I had no idea what that even meant and he was able to get that taken care of within days. He also had to deal with a very litigious lawyer on the seller’s side and a very uncommunicative seller’s agent (we later learned that the offer right below mine would have been her own client so she had good reason to not assist with closing). I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.

Will and his wife Diana manage a property we are partial investors in. They are trustworthy, honest and work hard for their clients. We have referred them to other property owners and will continue to do so. I love their attitude and energy and they have a good instinct for how to work with the market. Will worked on Capitol Hill as a lobbyist for a non profit and he also worked in the Senate and the House as a staffer and frankly, his strength as an agent comes from this experience. He is able to strategize, business plan and manage unexpected challenges with a level head. Pretty amazing in my book.

Will Tiao did a phenomenal job helping us sell a multi-family apartment building we inherited and had not personally managed. Not having any real estate experience ourselves, the thought of trying to sell a very old building with long-term tenants and low rents was daunting. But Will's in-depth knowledge of our area and the market, and his personal as well as professional experience in dealing with properties such as ours, inspired our confidence. But before we decided to list with Will we wanted to talk with a few other agents and Will graciously encouraged us to do just that. He was never pushy but was always ready to talk with us and offer his help. As a seller I wanted an agent that I felt comfortable working with but also one that I thought would represent us well to potential buyers.
