I stumbled upon Tiao properties via a direct mail advertisement [direct mail works people!]. I noticed the professionalism of the card, and also liked the fact that they were based in Echo Park, where I was in the market for a property manager and realtor. From there, I reached out to Will via email and he responded immediately. He made an attempt to get to know me and learn more about what I was looking for, and we decided to meet in person to discuss a week later. Shortly after, my house is now managed by Tiao Properties. My experience has been great since day 1. Whether it is Will, or anyone else in his office, people have been responsive, thorough, and understanding of my questions / requests. I definitely recommend Tiao Properties to anyone looking for a full service property manager in the LA area.

I just closed on a house in Redondo Beach with Will. He is fantastic! Very upfront so he earned my trust right away. He provided us the inspection report before we made an offer so everyone had the right expectations going in. He is very pleasant to work with even when things come up. We had a situation because it was 2 houses on a lot and there was no HOA which presented a problem securing the loan. Will took the lead to determine what needed to happen and worked between our lender and the insurance folks to come up with a solution. He also worked with the buyers to ensure a team came in to clean the house, which was left very mess, so we could move in. He is a real pro and I would use him again and highly suggest you do too!

Will is not merely a real estate broker, he’s a real estate coach. The bottom line is that I would not have a closed deal right now had Will not been involved with our purchase. We were faced with inordinate challenges on this project but working with Will allowed us to finalize it without the stress that could have unfolded had he not navigated the waters as thoughtfully as he did. Not only is Will a skilled negotiator with a knack for reading business situations and social dynamics extremely well, he’s so incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate industry and how it works, I felt like I received a graduate level course on complex real estate matters at the same time I got a difficult deal closed. They truly “manage” in every sense of the word.The Amazing team (lead by Diana Tiao) was extremely professional in dealing with the tenants, and provided a constant stream of communication with regards to property issues and maintenance.A thorough screening process of the tenants was conducted way before anyone was allowed to occupy.They took care of daily maintenance needs. Broker Will Tiao and his wife Diana are a wonderful Real Estate team! Despite that, these two calmly guided me through the turmoil and helped negotiate our way through it to get the deal done. Will Tiao did a phenomenal job helping us sell a multi-family apartment building we inherited and had not personally managed. Since moving to LA, I have been leasing from them for almost 2 years on Cahuenga. The application process and everything were very smooth. Our prior manager Nicole was friendly and quick to respond.
